Challenging me more every day
I really enjoy the increasing challenge levels. My body notices the difference. MOOV holds me accountable for not slowing down which improves my cardio workout as well. Id love to see other exercises in the same group so I can alternate my challenges occasionally (e.g. Another 10 minute workout to choose from and build in). Regardless, Ill keep switching between 10 minute, boxing, and running when I can get outdoors.
